Experiencia

Doctor in Law and Social Sciences, graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Montevideo. She is part of the Corporate department of the firm.

Her usual practice is focused on Commercial Law, especially in the corporate and contractual areas. In her professional practice, she is dedicated to advising companies; answering inquiries in their daily operations, implementing various mechanisms at the corporate level, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, structuring financing plans, among other matters. She has participated in several merger and acquisition processes of companies, and has assisted international companies in their establishment in Uruguay. She also has experience in the processes of identifying and reporting ultimate beneficiaries of different corporate structures.

She has published various articles of interest in different Newsletters and legal journals related to civil and commercial issues.

She is constantly updating herself, attending various courses and conferences, taught by the University of Montevideo and the Universidad Austral de Buenos Aires.
