Labor. Prevention, Safety and Hygiene

We regularly assist companies and organizations in issues related to individual and collective work relationships by responding to labor-related enquiries and advising on social security issues, work contracts, settlement of services’ payment, sponsorship upon requests involving the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, representation in negotiations with the union, negotiation and drafting of agreements, intervention and mediation in trade union disputes, assistance and defense in labor lawsuits both in an administrative and jurisdictional way before the Social Security Bank and the Administrative Contentious Court respectively. We stand out for our work in preventive matters. By working together with employers we design disciplinary guidelines, draft internal regulations, carry out comprehensive labor audits and design remuneration policies contemplating general and special benefits tailored to the activity’s sector. We also provide services of diagnosis, evaluation and development regarding the risk administration systems aiming at safety, quality and productivity and assist and represent our clients before the Health and Safety Commission.
