Experiencia

Public Notary, graduated from the University of the Republic. Responsible for the Notarial Area and provides assistance to the Legal Area.

Her experience includes negotiation and drafting of civil and commercial contracts, as well as advising and answering queries on notarial legal issues, with an emphasis on real estate transactions, purchase and sale, mortgage, lease, horizontal property; approval processes and establishment of guarantees for obtaining credit from financial institutions such as mortgage, pledge, leasing, assignment of rights; notarial due diligence, survey and regularization of property titles and corporate documentation; establishment and regularization of commercial companies; support and advice to foreign companies in bidding processes and setting up their branches in Uruguay.

She participates in courses and workshops for ongoing professional development at the University of Montevideo, Catholic University and the Notary Association of Uruguay.

Member of the Notary Association of Uruguay. Member of the Commercial Law Commission of the Notary Association of Uruguay.
