Doctor in Law and Social Sciences, graduated from the University of the Republic. LL.M with emphasis on Conflict Resolution (Distinction), Queen Mary University of London (United Kingdom), 2018. QMUL Latin American Scholarship recipient.

Her practice focuses on negotiations of pre-litigious disputes as well as complex litigation and domestic and international arbitrations, with extensive experience in Corporate Law, Civil Law, and Commercial Law.

She has participated in important international seminars on negotiation, mediation, and arbitration, and in March 2018 she was chosen to participate in the 4th Annual Investment Conference of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris.

In corporate matters, she has extensive experience advising Uruguayan and foreign companies in their daily activities and projects, contributing to the development of international strategies. She was part of the Ferrere Firm for 7 years, working in the \"Litigation and Arbitration\" team advising companies and organizations in pre-contentious negotiations and complex litigation, including analysis and selection of strategy, planning, preparation of legal documents, and execution of agreements. She has participated in different arbitration processes (commercial, construction, engineering, and energy). She has great experience in the corporate area, having also been part of the \"Ferrere International\" team (advising shareholders in the evaluation and implementation of companies, negotiation, design of legal structures adapted to the specific needs of clients and regulatory requirements, drafting and compliance of commercial contracts; legal audits; labor and merger and acquisition due diligence; drafting of commercial agreements, shareholder advice, benefit planning, and contracting).

She also has interesting experience as an international intern at Baker McKenzie and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (London), in the latter she was part of the team advising a major European automotive company (developing complex tasks related to data protection, consumer protection, product liability, as well as competition law issues and commercial matters).

She has published various articles of interest in different legal newsletters and magazines related to topics such as arbitration as a mechanism for resolving corporate conflicts, international processes, and analysis of the Mercosur system, among others.
