She has over eight years of professional experience in labor advice to large companies. Her practice is focused on Labor Law, Immigration, Contentious, Labor Administrative and Social Security. Her experience includes representation in judicial and conciliation hearings, audits, management of outsourcing, corporate training, and due diligence processes. Her experience covers both the judicial and administrative spheres, including assistance in conflicts (individual and collective), in hearings before the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
In the immigration field, she advises companies (regarding their foreign workers) and individuals in the processing of entry permits, residences, and procedures before different public entities.
She has published several articles of interest in different newsletters, regarding labor issues, such as the impact of legal personality on unions, analysis of a bill for the protection of work carried out through digital platforms that organize the delivery of goods or urban transport services, changes to the telecommuting regime in free zones, among others.
She is part of the Young Jurists Commission of the Bar Association (of the Uruguayan Association of Labor Law and Social Security). She serves as an Assistant Professor in the Labor Law Department (UDELAR), contributing her academic knowledge to the development of future professionals.
