Corporate Criminal Liability - Informational Talks

As a result of the recent approval of the law on Corporate Criminal Liability, we have seen a significant increase in the inquiries received about the practical scope of this regulation. In response to this growing concern, our consulting firm organized a series of informational talks aimed at our clients and friends.

The sessions featured the distinguished participation of Dr. Mariana Casella, a lawyer specialized in the subject (who leads the Labor Department of our firm), and Technical Preventionist Mónica Álvarez. Both experts shared valuable information and knowledge to clarify doubts and provide a deeper understanding of the implications of the new law. With the aim of disseminating the information, we make available the presentation that took place during these talks, held in April 2014.
